Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain or simply maintaing your current weight, a personal trainer can help you acheive your goals through analysis of your current lifestyle and nutritional habits - then developing a suitable exercise program.

Prices can vary dramatically depending on the experience of the personal trainer and your location. Trainers in London often charge around £50 per hour, unless you fancy splashing out for a celebrity personal trainer that can demand rates in excess of £100 per hour. Fortunately rates outside the Capital are a lot more afforadable. Many other towns and cities have an abundance of qualified personal trainers for between £25 and £35 per hour.

If you are a member of a gym, they will have personal trainers readily available, just speak to a member of staff. If you don't have a gym membership there are also many personal trainers that will come to your home or will train you in your local park if you prefer.

If regular sessions with a personal trainer isn't affordable then why not try one of our many free exercise programs? All reputable personal trainers should be members of the Register of Exercise Professionals, their website allows you to see if they are members, you only need their name and town.
