free iPhone app

Track your running the sensible way.  There are loads of iPhone apps available, many for free, but this one comes with many recommendations.  I have to be honest I've not tried it myself but i know many people who have and they are all happy with it.

Usually $9.99, but It's free for the month of January so grab it for free while you can.

Its features include; Maps integration, iPod integration, Audio cues, Target pace, Interval workouts and Splits. Check out the app in itunes or on your iPhone for more information.

Neither myself or iBodz have any affiliation with this app or its developers in any way, just wanted to share something with our loyal iBodz followers.

Happy running...

I'll be honest. My iPhone

I'll be honest. My iPhone cost me too much to take it out running with me! I would rather leave it tucked safely at home where I know it won't fall on the ground and smash!

I'm with you on this one. I wonder if the gadget will have lose screws if we often take it on our runs. I'd rather buy a gadget that is made for running if it is really needed.

I've looked at a few iPod apps, and heard something about Nike integration-haven't got a clue what it's about. I'll look into this, thanks.

I've been looking for something like this for my iPhone. It would certainly make my jogging schedule a lot more efficient. I especially like the maps integration feature.

Hey, that offers some pretty cool features; I'll bet many runners find it very useful. Now if only my knees could hold up to running.
