I feel as though the past week has gone quite well considering my university schedule has gone through the roof and that my groin has decided that it will not heal. In fact i've actually been worried all week that i've got a hernia and not a groin strain but thankfully i found out yesterday that it is just a strain which is a relief. I actually think i managed to strain the groin whilst doing one of my workouts involving jumping squats, hence to say i didn't include them in my schedule this week. The program is going fine though and whilst i'm not really seeing to much impovement within my body e.g 6 pack etc. i have begun to be able to do all the reps and sets far easier and quicker which shows that the more you do something the easier and better you become at it.
The main problem i have at the moment though involves my aerobic exercises as kicking a football has become problematic with my groin injury. I've done a bit of bike work but haven't done any proper running for over a week now so really need to change that. Will let you know how i go next week.
