So, i'm sitting here watching the Aussies battle away against England, even though they don't really have a chance in the cricket and for some reason its triggered off my lack of blogging over the past few weeks. Although i haven't been blogging, my workout is still well on track and has almost got to the point that it is getting rather easy and i'm continuously changing it up. The press ups still hurt and the shoulder presses are always difficult but i can see a difference particularly when playing football. I've now played two games for the first grade in the past two weeks so something must be going right and i even scored 2 goals for them today.
Uni is still hectic though, especially with mid semester assessments coming up and my online tv company having its official launch next weekend, so my workout may be staggered over the next few weeks. I'm quite keen on generating a new program as well if i can remember how to do it. Anyway i'm going back to the cricket, so will let you know how my new program goes in the next few weeks.

I have learned one thing and
I have learned one thing and that is that in training the only constant is change. That is why I mix things up often both in the gym and other activities.
