I’ve often wondered if anyone reads these blogs. Am I simply rambling to myself or are people avid readers? Well to my surprise, having gone back to look at previous musings, not only do people read these ramblings but they comment on them too! How great is that? So a big hello and thanks goes to those people who reply back, often with support and advice which is much appreciated.
It’s official…I’m dying. I have man flu so the end is near for me. I can barely lift my head and everyone must look after me as I am so weak. What?! I can just hear the women tut as they read this and the men nod their heads in recognition of a genuine medical disease.

For some reason I didn’t do a blog last week. I have no idea why but I will blame my awful memory. So what’s new, what’s happening, what’s going on?
The summer holidays have arrived and the Government have stopped free swimming lessons for kids and the “Recycled Teenagers” (as my mother calls herself), which basically means my swimming schedule has been cocked up for the 2nd year in a row.
I am waging a constant battle with my body fat. Up, down, up, down. My little spreadsheet graph looks like the Pennine Way with all the peaks and troughs. It only ever varies minutely, but what can I do to reduce it?
Not much to say this week really. Managed to do some swimming and back in my weights routine but other than that not much happening. Still trying to eat healthier and despite my lack of motivation I am determined to keep at it.
