My goal for this blog is to share my thoughts with you on all things fitness, food, exercise, strength training and anything else that captures my attention that i think you may be interested in.

I welcome all comments on any topics i discuss on this blog, or indeed anywhere else on the site. You will need to register to comment on any blogs but fortunately memberships for the first 1000 signups are free.
