Drink, Drink, Drink - not only do you need water to prevent thirst, your brain requires it for concentration, your muscles for energy and your hair and skin for beauty! Start early and try to drink 2-3 litres per day.

Exercise equipment

Many of the exercises in our library require the use of exercise equipment, if you are visiting a gym for your fitness goals then they will most likely have all the necessary equipment, if you are exercising outside or in your home then you will need to buy some home exercise equipment.
