Hey, I'm Graham
To be honest I have never really done any exercise and last year I had my cholesterol checked and it was through the roof! So I started to eat healthier, then when my sister passed away at Christmas last year, I simply thought it was about time I started to look after my body – it shocked me into action. I have always wanted a toned body at least, although some muscle would be a bonus too. It just looks good and can help with your confidence as well.
I simply typed in “online personal trainers” into Google and up popped iBodz. Had a look through a few others before I committed and found iBodz were by far the best so signed up straight away.
I actually find the programmes to be really good. They take you through each step and the moving picture helps too. I like to see what I should be doing. I have been keeping my own record too of the exercises, how many I manage and the weights I use. Doing well, except for press ups...cause I hate them! I seem to have no arm strength when doing the various types, but fine when doing other arm stuff. Also I am working my abs more than once a week from your programmes as I need to lose the belly! Working out at home is so much better than going to a gym, which I avoid at all cost.
I have two goals actually. I go on holiday 1st week in June and would like to have toned up a little. I have found that over the past couple of years I have started with a bit of a belly and my chest has sagged a bit so I would like to be able to go shirtless and be a bit more toned. Not that it bothers me all that much when I go swimming. My second goal is to simply pack some muscle on and fill out a bit. I don’t see myself as a magazine cover model though! Oh and the Half Marathon in 2012 too! Gotta make Team GB proud! 3 goals then I suppose.
I would recommend iBodz to you because the programmes are easy to use, tailored to your individual goals and the community forums are great for answering questions and you can keep each other motivated. Plus from a cost side, you are cheaper than a real life person punishing you to work out! And you also have the ease of fitting the sessions around what you do.
I'd also recommend you joining the iBodz facebook page to keep you up to date with all the lastest fitness tips and their Exercise of the Week.
