Techniques
To perform the
Bicep curl with dumbells
safely, please follow these steps:
Stand with feet hip width apart, knees slightly bent
Stand with the dumbells in your hands resting on your thighs
Ensuring your elbows stay at your side, slowly raise the dumbells towards your shoulders
Now slowly return them back to the starting position
Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you cannot maintain your technique
