Techniques

To perform the Box barbell roll out safely, please follow these steps:
  1. Begin with your knees and feet on the floor and your hands gripping the barbell firmly
  2. Now begin SLOWLY rolling the barbell with your hands as far in front of you as you think you can manage , stretching your body into a straight position
  3. Using your hands, slowly roll the barbell back towards your body
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you can no longer maintain correct technique
