Techniques

To perform the Chest press with medicine ball safely, please follow these steps:
  1. Begin by laying down on the bench with the medicine ball resting on your stomach
  2. With one hand on either side of the ball, slowly raise the ball into the air so your arms are almost straight - avoid locking the elbows
  3. Keeping your elbows tucked in, lower the ball back towards your chest, dont let the ball touch your chest though
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you can no longer maintain correct technique
