Techniques

To perform the Concentration bicep curl safely, please follow these steps:
  1. Begin by leaning one arm over a bench - it helps if the bench is at an angle
  2. Keeping your upper arm flat on the bench, slowly raise the dumbell until you cant bend any further at the elbow
  3. Slowly lower the dumbell back down to the starting position again
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you can no longer maintain the correct technique
