Techniques

To perform the Hamstring stretch with fitball safely, please follow these steps:
  1. Begin with feet beside each other and the ball steady a few feet in front of you
  2. Slowly place your heel on the top of the ball, keeping that leg perfectly straight
  3. Keeping a straight back, slowly lean forward until you feel the stretch in the back of the raised leg and hold this position for 30 seconds
  4. Now slowly lift your leg off the ball and repeat with the other leg
