Incline narrow bench press with barbell

Techniques
  1. Begin sat on the bench with the bar resting on your thighs, your hands should be waist width apart on the bar
  2. Now lay back and raise the bar in to the air
  3. Keeping your elbows by your side slowly lower the bar until it is about an inch away from your chest
  4. Now raise the bar into the air until your arms are straight but avoid locking your elbows
  5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 until you can no longer maintain correct technique
Tips
  • Keep your elbows tucked in at all times, they should never point out to the side
  • If possible the bench should be at a 45 degree angle, try not to go any higher than that
