Techniques
To perform the
Inner bicep curl with dumbells
safely, please follow these steps:
Hold a dumbbell in each hand, keeping your elbows close to your torso
Ensure your palms are facing inward
While holding your upper arms stationary, curl the dumbells out and up, your little fingers should end up closest to your shoulders
Slowly bring the dumbbells back to the starting position. Remember to rotate your arms as you lower the dumbells so that you return to a neutral grip
Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you can’t maintain your technique
