Techniques

To perform the Inner bicep curl with dumbells safely, please follow these steps:
  1. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, keeping your elbows close to your torso
  2. Ensure your palms are facing inward
  3. While holding your upper arms stationary, curl the dumbells out and up, your little fingers should end up closest to your shoulders
  4. Slowly bring the dumbbells back to the starting position. Remember to rotate your arms as you lower the dumbells so that you return to a neutral grip
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you can’t maintain your technique
