Techniques
  1. Laying on your side on a mat or towel, bend the underneath leg so your foot is behind you
  2. Keeping your upper leg straight, slowly raise it into the air as far as you can without mving the rest of your body
  3. Slowly lower your leg back to the starting position
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you can no longer maintain correct technique
  5. Now swaps sides and repeat with the other leg

  • Remember - 2 seconds up, 2 seconds down
