To perform the Laying lower back stretch safely, please follow these steps:
  1. Start by kneeling on the floor
  2. Raise your arms above your head and slowly bend at the hips so your hands are flat on the floor in front of you
  3. Your chest should be now resting on your thighs
  4. Keep pushing your hands forward as far as you can
  5. Hold for 30 seconds then slowly return to the starting position
