Techniques

To perform the Neck rotation stretch safely, please follow these steps:
  1. Your feet should be hip width apart
  2. Push both your hands down your thighs as low as they will go, then keep them still
  3. Keeping your shoulders level and relaxed, slowly rotate your neck so you are looking as far over your shoulder as possible
