Techniques
  1. Begin by leaning both arms over a bench - it helps if the bench is at an angle
  2. Keeping your upper arms flat on the bench, slowly raise the bar until you cant bend any further at the elbows
  3. Slowly lower the bar back down to the starting position again
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you can no longer maintain the correct technique
Tips
  • Remember - 2 seconds up, 2 seconds down
  • Keep your upper arms STILL at all times
