Techniques

To perform the Single arm tricep overhead extension safely, please follow these steps:
  1. Stand or sit holding a dumbbell in one hand with your arm extended upward
  2. Bend your elbow to lower the dumbbell behind your neck (be careful of your head whilst lowering the dumbbell)
  3. Return to the starting position
  4. Repeat until you can no longer maintain correct technique
