Techniques
  1. Begin with jumping both feet at the same time a few inches off the floor
  2. Try to keep your body upright, avoid leaning forward
  3. Try to keep your elbows tucked in by your side
Tips
  • Always wear trainers with support when skipping, never skip in bare feet
  • Once you are comfortable skipping for a while without catching the rope on your feet, try alternating your feet
