Techniques

To perform the Standing hamstring stretch with single leg safely, please follow these steps:
  1. Take one step forward with your left leg
  2. Now straighten the left leg and place both hands on your thigh just above the knee
  3. With a perfectly straight back, slowly lean forward into the stretch and hold for 30 seconds
  4. Now relax and then repeat with the opposite leg
