Techniques
  1. Begin by sitting on the bench, place your hands underneath the outside of your bum, your feet should be in front of your knees
  2. Slowly lift your bum off the bench and bring it forward a couple inches away from the bench
  3. Now, carefully lower your bum towards the floor until your elbows are at right angles
  4. Slowly straighten your arms and lift your body away from the floor
Tips
  • Try to keep your back as close to the bench as you can without it touching
  • Be sure not to let your elbows point out to the side, they should always be pointing behind you
