To really help you got the most from your programmes, we need to know how you're getting on.

Towards the end of a month we request that you provide us with some feedback based on your current programme, whats good, whats bad and what aches!


You will be sent an email reminding you that we need your feedback

Tell us which exercise, if any, you found hardest and why

Tell us which exercise, if any, you found too easy

We also want to know if you think the programme is too hard or too easy

You will also be asked about your energy levels; are they constantly low, regardless of what you're doing or are you constantly bouncing off the walls

We also NEED to know if you have picked up any injuries or if your health status has changed in any way
