iBodz

If there isn't an FAQ which relates to your questions, you can contact us using our contact form. Just select the category from the drop down list that fits your question the best. Then write your query in the message box and click on 'Send e-mail'. We will aim to respond to your question within 24 hours if the message reaches us on a working day.

myLocker is where you will find all the information unique to your membership with iBodz. You need to be logged in to access this section as it unique to your username and password.

You don't need any equipment to do an iBodz program in the park or at home. However, to get the most out of your iBodz membership, regardless of your goal, we recommend you invest in a pair or dumbbells and a fitball (swiss ball). Purchasing just these two pieces of equipment, means you could benefit from thousands of variations of programs.  Both these items are available through the iBodz shop.

If you are either an iBodz Silver or iBodz Gold member we will design you a new personalised exercise program every month. To receive your initial program we need you to complete your fitness profile which you will find in the myFitnessProfile section of myLocker.
Once you have completed your fitness profile, make sure you select 'Yes, I'm ready for my first program' from the final section of the form.

iBodz designs your personalised programs using our bespoke program generator. We have spent over a year developing a system which replicates the human process of designing an effective exercise program for a client. The system we have developed is completely unique to iBodz.
We will always ensure you will get a professional personal training program suited to meet you goal, whether it be weight loss, muscle build or just healthy living. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you don't get on with your program in any given month - for instance if you find it too hard or not hard enough -  don't worry as the program we design for you the following month will be adapted based on the feedback you give us.  We will contact you for feedback five days before you new program is due. However, if you are an iBodz Gold member, please feel free to get in touch with a Personal Trainer anytime via the myMessages section and we will be happy to discuss your current program.

If you no longer wish to be including on our mailing list, click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the base of the email you receive from us. Alternatively, please contact us via our contact form by selecting 'Unsubscribe me' from the drop down category list. We will ensure you are removed from all future mailings. Please be aware this may take up to 10 working days. However, we will be unable to remove you from emails which are used in connection of ensuring the smooth running of your iBodz account.

No. Once we have captured your payment details, which includes your credit/debit card number, expiry date, CVV number, and passed it to PayPal's online payment system for processing using 128 bit encryption, the highest level commercially available, your payment details are permanently deleted, apart from the last four digits and the expiry date used to purchased the subscription package. We also hold details of when the next payment is due. Please read our Terms and Conditions for full details of how we process your Financial Information.

Yes, very secure. iBodz is concerned about security and makes every effort to ensure our transaction process is safe and that your personal information is secure. For more information regarding how we secure your personal information please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Certain areas of site content is restricted to iBodz Silver and Gold memberships (paid-for). iBodz Bronze memberships (free) have access to the Community Forum and Ask the Expert forum functionality only. This restriction ensures our paid-for membership subscribers have full access to certain site functionality such as tailored exercise programs which are not available to everybody. You can choose to pay for your iBodz membership either monthly, six-monthly or annually on an automatically recurring basis. We accept most major credit or debit cards, with the exception of American Express. We do not currently accept payments via Direct Debit. We are unable to accept cheques.

Joining iBodz is easy.  Just visit the Join now section of the site and follow the instructions.

Yes, that's no problem. 

If you are an iBodz Silver or Gold member and you decide you wish to cancel your iBodz membership, please submit a cancellation request to us via the cancel my membership page. You may do this at any time. Please be aware, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you are committed to continue to pay for your membership subscription for the calendar month in which we receive your termination notice, in addition to one further final monthly payment, at your normal monthly rate.
For example, if we received you cancellation notice on the 20th May, you are committed to continue to pay for your iBodz membership subscription up to and including the 30th June. You may continue to enjoy the full benefits of your iBodz membership up to that point. Please read our Terms and Conditions for further details.

My account

To upgrade from Bronze to either Silver or Gold, take the following steps:

  1. Login using your existing username and password
  2. Go to the following page - https://www.ibodz.com/user/me/edit/PAR-Q and complete your PARQ accordingly
  3. Go to your dashboard (myLocker) you can access this by clicking on 'myLocker' from the main navigation at the top of the page
  4. Click on the 'Upgrade' button in the myAccount pod half way down the page
  5. Then complete the forms as appropriate

To upgrade from Silver to Gold please contact us

If the web browser has had no activity for more than 3 hours (180 minutes) then we will automatically log you out for your own security.  This is to protect our members using computers in public places who may forget to log out. If the system has logged you out, just re-enter your username and password to regain access to the membership area.

That's no problem. If you are not logged into your account, just visit the User account page, enter the email address you signed up with and we will send you a new password to that account.
If you are logged into your account, just visit the myAccount page and enter your new password in both fields as indicated.

How long your iBodz membership lasts depends on the membership level you have selected. iBodz Guest memberships are free and have no time limit. iBodz Bronze, Silver and Gold automatically renew on a recurring basis either monthly, six monthly or annually, dependant on the package you have chosen. These continue to renew unless to tell us you no longer wish to be an iBodz member.

Unfortunately you are not able to change your billing date. You regular payment will be taken on the anniversary date on when you signed-up for a paid-for iBodz membership. Your membership subscription will be automatically deducted monthly, six-monthly or annually, dependant on the payment term you originally chose.

myLocker

myPages contain all your favourite pages that you have bookmarked on the iBodz site. You can find myPages in the myLocker section of the site. You have to be logged-in to access this, as it is unique to your membership acount. myPages is unique to iBodz Silver and Gold memberships only.

myFitnessProfile is the section containing all the information we need to be able to design your unique personalised exercise program. You can find myFitnessProfile in the myLocker section, which you can access from anywhere on the iBodz site as long as you are logged-in.
