Fitness success - Tom's story
Tom is achieving his sports fitness goal with a combination of iBodz training programs and regular football training sessions. Here's Tom's 'back to fitness' story in his own words:

Why I decided to get fit
When I discovered iBodz, I had just come back from a two month vacation in England and South East Asia. This co-incided with Christmas, so not only had I been drinking way too much, I'd eaten my body weight in food.
How I discovered iBodz
I first heard of iBodz when I met Mike, one of the Directors, on holiday in Bangkok. He told me that he was developing this site with Oliver and offered me a free trial in return for blogging about my experiences. When I got back to Sydney, I decided to give the site a go.
How I found the programs
With the help of Oliver and the programs that iBodz designed for me, I was able to get on top of any weight that I'd put on real quickly. Within weeks, I'd noticed that I'd started to tone up. I was pretty dedicated to the program - so it was definitely a case of dedication equalling results.
How I attained my goal
I found the exercises quite challenging at first, but once I got used to them I found that I could start to gradually increase the reps every program.
Being a student, I have quite a disjointed schedule, with every week being a little different. What I really like about iBodz programs is that they fit into your life, rather than you having to fit around them. I can't afford the luxury of a gym at the moment, so iBodz is a great alternative. It's given me the flexibility to work out when I want and how I want, with not much equipment. And the results have been fantastic!
How I feel now
I feel great. I've really noticed a big difference to my body shape and there's been a huge difference to my performance on the pitch. I'm definitely a lot fitter than I was even before the trip.

Whilst I have used other websites for exercises, the ease of use that iBodz allows you means that I've continued to follow the programs and refer back to the site. The great thing for me too is that I get bored easily with doing the same old routine, so having a new program each month means that whole thing stays fresh.

Tom's top 5 tips to his fitness success:
- Stay focused
- Make sure you have a clear and attainable goal. You can always set a new goal once you achieve the first one
- Always try and enjoy your workout. It will all be worth it
- Set yourself a routine, for instance the days you work out on, and try and stick to it
- Spend more time training and less time in front of the mirror (it worked for me)
