Dizziness-Low Blood Sugar?

Since cutting my portions, I am finding that I start to get dizzy and feel unwell as I'm approaching the next meal. Is this enough to warrant a visit to the docs for a blood sugar test do you think?

I would advise so as there could be other factors. You may be hypotensive (low blood pressure) or as you said it could also be blood sugar. If you are cutting portion size, are getting a source of complex carbs (wholewheat pasta, sweet potato, brown rice etc) and protein (meat, fish eggs) with each meal as this should help with blood sugar regulation.
