How To Progress?

I have gotten to a point where nothing I'm doing is affecting my shape. I've been trying increased weight on the free weights-not a lot but some and trying more reps to get my arms into shape. My abdomen also is not budging in shape. Is there something else I need to be doing to start things moving again?

Were you getting results before but those results have plateaued? If that is the case then its important that you change your routine or programme as your body has obviously adjusted to it and you need to challenge your muscles again.

If you've not been getting any results at all, then you need to look into your training programme to see whats going wrong or pay more attention to your diet.
