Knees

My knees start hurting after I do high-impact exercise, like running or the 30 day shred. Am I doing something wrong, or should I stick solely with low-impact exercises?

Yes, diagnosis by internet is probably not a fair question. I may just stick with low-impact exercise, at least for now, and take your advice regarding ice packs. Thank you.

Without being able to physically assess your knees, it is virtually impossible for me to say. If high impact activities like running are something you wish to persue, then do seek advive from a GP or physio. If not, low impact activities should reduce the pain. I'd also recommend applying ice packs to your knees post workout to help with recovery.
