Muscle Soreness

I have been exercising for some time now at least three if not five times a week. I continue to have muscle soreness as if I had just started exercising. Is this normal? Should I be doing more?

Its referred to as DOMS, which stands for Delayed Onset of Muscle Soreness. You shouldn't be getting these feelings after the first week maybe two, unless you are working entirely different muscles each time.

How long have you been doing this workout and can you give me an idea of the types of exercises and rest periods you have been giving yourself?
