Toning and Firming - how soon before I see results?

Given that I've only just completed my first session, this may be a premature question, but I have been given a 40 minute session for firming and toning which I intend to do at least twice weekly.  Any ideas on when I should start noticing any results based on the frequency of exercise?

That's entirely true. I started seeing some results in about two weeks time. I was able to increase the weight I was lifting and the stair machine was a lot easier to climb.

Effort = results

It really will depend on person to person, your diet will also play a big part on you achieving your goals. But to give you an answer, you should start to see some results after 4 weeks, IF:

1. You stick to your program and complete all exercise on each session
2. Complete your program at least 3 times a week
3. Push yourself with each exercise - really go for it
4. Avoid fatty foods and eat small meals regularly throughout the day
5. Drink 2 litres of water a day
6. Have at least 3 alcohol free days a week

Stick with the above and complete your program regularly and you should see some results.
