Vibration machines

Are vibration machines any good? It's claimed that they improve circulation and muscle conditioning in the lower limbs. It just seems strange to me that something will do this without me having to do a lot of work. Or are they a lot of work?

We installed a couple of vibration machines in the gym recently which has given me a chance to put my secpticism to te test.

They can be a very useful piece of kit, but, like everything, you get out of them no more than you put into them. Used as part of a full training plan, they can help with muscle tone and activation. They can also be used to make standard exercises more difficult and give the body a good workout that way. Performing exercises such as press ups, planks and squats can all be quite challenging.

Are you looking at purchasing one or using one else where?
