Which Changes First??

I know that I have to make changes to BOTH diet and exercise to be effective with losing weight, but I can only change so many things at once. Is it better to get the changes going with diet first, or exercise?? I figure once I get a grip on one, then I can start making changes with the other.

With diet, I would only ever advise making small changes every week or 2 as it is easier to stick to in the long run. As for which to do first, I would probably advise starting off exercising as it will give you a general feeling of well being and boost your metabolism.
