Staying healthy can be easy if you're prepared to make little adjustments to your lifestyle.

To keep your body and organs in shape, try to stay active, drink at least 2 litres of water a day, eat your 5-a-day, avoid processed foods and to maintain a healthy heart limit the amount of saturated fats you eat.
