Natal Exercise

The subject of pregnancy and exercise is obviously an important one for many expectant or new mothers, why not take a look at our guides to help you with some important pre natal and post natal fitness tips.

  • Pre natal exercise - There are many benefits of exercising through your pregnancy; minimising your weight gain, improving strength, plus many more, read more about pre natal fitness and how to exercise safely
  • Post natal exercise - It is recommended that new mothers not return to full daily activities until at least 4 weeks after birth (12 weeks after a caesarian section).
