Work out as little or often as you like
You can chose to work out just once, or up to six times a week. Our flexible exercise programs are personalised to match the time you have available and the speed you wish to progress.
Choose where you want to exercise
If you don't have, or don't want a gym membership. No problem. You can choose to use your customised exercise program in the comfort in your own home, or get out in the fresh air in either your garden or the local park.
However, if you are currently a member of a gym and want more structure to your routine. That works too. We'll create a program to suit your individual needs. The choice is yours
Choose how long you want to exercise
Not enough hours in the day? That's fine. Your program can be adjusted to last as little as 20 minutes, or as long as an hour. It all depends on the time - or inclination - you have available.
Select the equipment you have available
Whether you have access to a gym full of the latest equipment or just a fit ball gathering dust in the spare room, you select the equipment you have available and hey presto, your program will be designed accordingly.
Receive a brand new program every month
We don't just give you one program and let you get on with it. Each month, we'll get in touch to see how you're getting on. Then with the feedback you give us, we will adjust your program for you, to make sure you don't get bored and always stay on track. No time to get in touch? Don't worry. We'll tweak your program automatically, so it will always be fresh and effective.
