Cordio

Cordio is a simple program designed to combine both your core work and cardio into one session. A blend of interval training and specific core work will get you on the way to a flat stomach that will be the envy of all around.

Cordio is desigend to be completed in 5 minute rounds. Perform each exercise one after the other for the set amount of time, then return to the first one and start again. See how many rounds you can complete.
