Stretching is the most overlooked and underestimated aspect of fitness.

One of the many benefits of stretching is that it helps prevent injuries while training or simply running for a bus. Stretching will increase the length of both your muscles and tendons, which leads to an increased range of movement, meaning your limbs and joints can move further before an injury occurs.

Considering the size of our libarry we wouldn't expect you to have to scroll through each exercise to find what you're looking for. Our library allows you to search by muscle group worked or equipment needed

INNER THIGH STRETCH

TECHNIQUE:

1. Sat on a mat or the floor, place your feet together so your soles are touching

2. Holding on to your ankles, place your elbows on your knees and GENTLY push your knees down towards the floor

3. Hold this position for 20 seconds then gently relax and stand

TIPS:
1. Try to keep your back straight and not arched
